Nasir Black
I am from Chestertown, Maryland and I go to Kent County High School. I will be a senior this upcoming year. I love listening and learning about music culture. In the future, I want to go to trade school for carpentry or enlist in the Army. Growing up, I listened to a lot of Nas and Biggie because I was around a lot of older people. Being in the Hip Hop Time Capsule, I've learned different styles of writing lyrics, I learned about the creation of break dancing, and much more.

My nickname is Nas and my grandfather's favorite rapper was Eric B so I made my MC name Nas B. I like this name because it's simple and recognizable. Nas B is no different from Nasir because it's not a persona, I am always Nas.
