Colleena Calhoun ('99)
Colleena Calhoun ’99 received the Project Excellence Scholarship to attend Washington College, where she double-majored in Pre-Law and American Studies with a History minor.
Colleena was a vocal advocate for students of color on campus. She was instrumental in authoring the 1997 Campus Racial Climate Report and helping to establish the inaugural Center for the Study of Black Culture. In 2020, she returned to protest with current students at Spring Convocation.
