Hip Hop and R&B are interlinked with Alana’s childhood memories. She is extremely thankful for the opportunity to be a mentor through the Hip Hop Time Capsule and will continue to embrace and nourish the knowledge learned through the program. While at Towson University, she plans to join the Latin dance team and continue to connect with people across cultures through music.

Alana The Protector

Alana The Protector originates from the passion I have to protect others. I have siblings that look up to me and feel as though I have protected them even when I needed to protect myself. I have been known to be a strong and caring figure in my friend groups and I tend to embrace that. ATP is also known as adenosine triphosphate in the science world which is defined as an energy-carrying molecule found in the cells of all living things. I tend to provide missing energy in situations I am involved in while simultaneously leaving lasting impressions everywhere I go.
